The Mansfield Construction $4,750 Project Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins September 1, 2026 and ends November 20, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and own residential property located in Allegany County or Cattaraugus County, New York.
The property owner must approve the project in full and authorize Mansfield Construction LLC to perform the work. Employees of Mansfield Construction LLC and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligible participants may receive up to three (3) entries during the Giveaway Period as follows:
Website Entry — One (1) Entry: Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form on the Mansfield Construction website.
Facebook Entry — One (1) Entry: Like and comment on the designated Mansfield Construction Giveaway post on Facebook. Both a like and a comment are required to receive the Facebook entry.
Instagram Entry — One (1) Entry: Like and comment on the designated Mansfield Construction Giveaway post on Instagram. Both a like and a comment are required to receive the Instagram entry.
There is a maximum of three (3) entries per eligible person during the entire Giveaway Period: one website entry, one Facebook entry, and one Instagram entry. Multiple form submissions, likes, or comments on the same platform will not result in additional entries.
Entries generated by automated means, fraudulent entries, or attempts to circumvent the entry limits may be disqualified.
One winner will receive a $4,750 credit toward a qualifying residential remodeling or construction project performed by Mansfield Construction LLC.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,750.
The project does not have to total $4,750. If the final eligible project cost is less than $4,750, any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited and will not be paid or provided as cash, refund, gift card, credit toward another project, or other compensation.
If the project exceeds $4,750, the winner is responsible for all costs exceeding the $4,750 prize credit.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value.
The prize must be used within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified.
The prize may only be applied to a qualifying project approved and performed by Mansfield Construction LLC at an eligible residential property located in Allegany County or Cattaraugus County, New York.
All projects remain subject to Mansfield Construction LLC's normal project evaluation, feasibility, scheduling, contracting, material availability, permitting, and acceptance requirements. Winning the Giveaway does not obligate Mansfield Construction LLC to perform work that it would not otherwise accept or that cannot reasonably or legally be performed.
Any required contract for work exceeding the prize amount must be agreed upon separately between the winner/property owner and Mansfield Construction LLC.
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Each valid entry has an equal opportunity to be selected.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond to Mansfield Construction LLC within five (5) days of the initial notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within five days, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Mansfield Construction LLC may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Mansfield Construction LLC may require reasonable verification of the winner's identity, age, property ownership, property location, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.
Mansfield Construction LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, attempts to obtain entries beyond the stated limit, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Mansfield Construction LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other conditions materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Mansfield Construction LLC may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by Mansfield Construction LLC. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
By participating through Facebook or Instagram, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and for other purposes disclosed at the time the information is collected or permitted by applicable law.
Entering the Giveaway does not require an entrant to purchase Mansfield Construction services.
